It refers homeowners with heating and cooling problems to providers who are ready to talk with them. If you run your own HVAC business, joining the network is one way to reach homeowners in the Houston area who are asking for help.

Think of it like a bulletin board at a hardware store. People with a need see it, and the right contractor can step forward.

Who We Are Looking For

We want providers who serve homes in and around Houston and handle one or more of these jobs:

• AC repair, including urgent cooling failures
• AC installation and replacement
• Furnace and heating repair

You stay independent. You set your own schedule, service area, and pricing.

What We Expect

Homeowners come to Cmlog Heating & Air worried and uncomfortable. We ask providers to meet them with honesty and patience. In practice that means:

• Holding the licenses and insurance required in TX
• Returning referred calls promptly when you are able
• Explaining problems in plain words
• Giving written quotes before major work starts
• Never pressuring a homeowner to approve work
• Being clear about warranties and what they cover

Providers who do not meet these basics may be removed from the network.

How to Apply

• Your business name and the towns you serve
• The services you offer
• Your license and insurance details
• A good contact name and phone number

We review each note and reply when we have a fit for your area. Joining does not guarantee a set number of referrals, since homeowner requests rise and fall with the weather.
